Return Process

  Carefully pack your copper piece in its original protective packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
